Nexus grew out of hands-on construction and rehab work in southeastern Pennsylvania. The pattern was always the same: a property owner or investor would hire one company to find a property, another to renovate it, a third to manage it and a fourth to clean it. Each handoff lost information, time and money.

So we built the company around the whole cycle. Today Nexus runs property acquisition, investor deal sourcing, rehabs, construction and project management, property management, and residential and commercial cleaning as one business. The crew that estimates a rehab is the crew that builds it. The team that manages a rental is the team that fixes it.
